Using our service

We help you find ski accommodation through personal enquiries and tailored proposals. Our Accommodation Search is coming soon. Sending an enquiry does not reserve accommodation, confirm availability or create a booking, and this website does not take online payments.

Proposals and bookings

Availability and prices can change until a booking is confirmed. Before you book, we will explain the accommodation, price, payment arrangements and relevant booking terms, and identify the accommodation agency and contracting party for your stay. Read those terms before agreeing to a booking, including the cancellation, amendment and exceptional-circumstances provisions. These website terms do not replace them.

You pay the same price as booking directly with the supplying agency. We receive commission from the agency and do not charge you a booking or administration fee.

Information on this website

We aim to keep our information accurate and up to date. Please check any details that are important to your stay with our team before booking. We will correct errors brought to our attention. Nothing on this page removes your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
